Rodney W. Doran, 35,
of Kahoka, Mo., died May
1, 2009, at the Blessing
Hospital in Quincy, Ill.
He was born June 7,
1973, in Quincy, II1., the
son of Robert W. and Nina
Kitson Doran.
Mr. Doran graduated
from Canton R-V High
School with the Class of
1992. He was employed at
ADM in Quincy, Ill.
He enjoyed hunting,
fishing, riding four wheel-
ers, looking for mush-
rooms and Indian artifacts.
Mostly he enjoyed having
a good time and being with
his friends and family espe-
cially with his four legged
friends.
He is survived by his
parents, Robert "Bobby"
Doran of Williamstown,
Mo., and Nina Doran of
Canton, Mo., his fiancr,
Lana Kirchner and her
daughter Alyx Kirchner
of Kahoka, Mo.. his sister,

Randy Kent Jones,
age 52 of Quincy, II1., died
Tuesday, April 28, 2009 in
Blessing Hospital.
He was born June 15,
1956 in Quincy the son of
Orville Leo and Josephine
Porter Jones.
He worked in the con-
struction business. He was
very friendly and liked ev-
erybody. His favorite ac-
tivities were; golfing, water
skiing, boating on the Mis-
sissippi, .playing baseball
and deer hunting.
Survivors include: his
mother, Josephine Jones
of Quincy, Ill.; a daughter,
Abbey J. Jones of May-
wood, Mo.; a son, Weston

To all landowners of any lands lying wholly or partly within the Buck & Doe Run Creek
Watershed District, within Lewis & Clark County (s), Missouri. Notice is hereby given that
on the 12th day of May, 2009, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m., an election
will be held to elect the required number of mastees for the aforesaid Watershed District.
This election is held pursuant to the provision of the Missouri Soil and Water Conservation
